Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how recturai ("recturai", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our invoice data extraction service at recturai.com (the "Service"). We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where relevant.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, and organization details you provide when registering.
- Billing information: subscription plan and payment status. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment provider, Paddle, and are not stored on our servers.
- Uploaded documents: the invoices and documents you submit for processing, and the structured data extracted from them.
- Usage and technical data: log data, device and browser information, IP address, and how you interact with the Service, collected to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use your information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including processing your documents and returning extracted data;
- To manage your account, subscription, and billing;
- To improve the accuracy, reliability, and security of the Service;
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of contract performance (to provide the Service you signed up for), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service), consent (where required, e.g. certain communications), and legal obligation (e.g. tax and accounting records).
4. Payment processing
Payments are handled by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), who acts as the Merchant of Record and as an independent data controller for payment data. Paddle's handling of your payment information is governed by Paddle's own privacy policy.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Service providers and subprocessors who help us run the Service (e.g. cloud hosting, payment processing), under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms;
- Authorities or third parties where required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
6. Data retention
We retain account and billing data for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal obligations. Uploaded documents and extracted data are retained to provide the Service and are deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, or upon verified request, subject to legal retention requirements.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at silverrrtech02@gmail.com. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
10. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
12. Cookies and advertising measurement
We use the Meta Pixel (from Meta/Facebook) on our website to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to understand how visitors interact with our site. The Meta Pixel loads automatically when you visit the site.
The Meta Pixel may collect information such as:
- Pages you view on our site and general browsing behavior (e.g. page views, viewing our pricing page);

- Technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and device information;
- Standard browser identifiers (cookies) that allow Meta to associate your activity on our site with your Meta/Facebook account, where applicable.
This data is used solely for advertising measurement — to help us understand the performance of our ad campaigns and to build audiences for future advertising. It is shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. and processed in accordance with Meta's Privacy Policy and their data processing terms. You can control cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings, and opt out of Meta's use of this data for ads at Meta's ad preferences.
